Each of us with full responsibility appreciates the time that is priceless and unfortunately, not renewable resource, understanding that the effective use, speed of response and timeliness of decision making depends on the union's position at financial services market. One of the main strategic priorities of the KS is the intellectual development of each employee to improve it and use acquired knowledge and skills in practice.

We appreciated and respecte their own opinion and every initiative. Introduction of modern and creative approaches to solving basic problems underlines our strengths among financial market participants. Programs and rules of corporative culture are systematically developing and perfecting by our high qualificated specialists. The aim of these measures - is intellectual self-improvement and transfer of experience to new followers.
